Return & Refund Policy

At THE ODDS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

1. Returns

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving a reason.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Items must be clean and undamaged (unless they arrived damaged or defective)

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Underwear, swimwear, or other intimate items for hygiene reasons

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info@theoddsfashion.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Returned items must be shipped within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@theoddsfashion.com, including photos and a brief description. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
