This Shipping Policy outlines how and when we deliver your orders from THE ODDS, operated by MODERN HOMES Design & Product's GmbH. We ship worldwide and aim to ensure a fast and smooth delivery experience for all our customers.

Shipping Locations

We ship globally to most countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@theoddsfashion.com for assistance.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

During high-demand periods (e.g. collection launches, holidays), processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Austria & EU countries: 2–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

If you do not receive a tracking number or your tracking hasn’t updated, contact us at info@theoddsfashion.com.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
